1. Program Description
Built By Duo LLC, operating from Ludowici, Georgia, sends and receives texts from(912) 800-8181, the same number published on this site.We never send bulk promotional blasts, and we never text people who have not contacted us first. Messages may include:
- Replies to inquiries you send us by text, phone, or through our website
- Service and project updates about your website (previews, launches, changes you requested)
- Billing and account notices
- If you are one of our client businesses, a notification when a new lead contacts you, so you can follow up quickly
Frequency varies with your project activity; for most people this is a handful of messages per month or fewer. For client businesses receiving lead notifications, it tracks how many leads you get.
2. Opting In
There are two different things here, and we keep them apart on purpose.
Messages about your own project. If you text us first, give us your number in a conversation, submit it through a form on this site, or become a client whose project we manage, we will text you about that work: questions, updates, and things we need from you. That is us doing the job you hired us for.
Nothing promotional today. We do not currently send marketing texts: no offers, no campaigns, no blasts. Every message is either answering you or doing work you asked for. If we ever add something promotional, we will only send it to people who separately agreed to receive it by ticking a box that says so, and this page will say so first. Being a client is not that agreement, and we would not treat it as one.
Either way, one reply ends it (Section 3), and we never sell or share your number.
3. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed immediately; you will receive at most one final confirmation message. STOP is the quickest way, and it is not the only way: tell us to stop however you like, by reply, by email to hello@builtbyduo.com, or by saying so on a call, and we will honor it and remove your number.

4. Fees & Carriers
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Privacy
