1. Program Description

Built By Duo (operated by Nicholas Ballard and Christine Ballard in Ludowici, Georgia) sends and receives text messages from (912) 800-8181, the same number published on this site. Messages may include:

Replies to inquiries you send us by text, phone, or through our website
Service and project updates about your website (previews, launches, changes you requested)
Billing and account notices
An occasional request to leave us a Google review after we have done work for you

Message frequency varies with your project activity; for most people this is a handful of messages per month or fewer. We do not send bulk promotional blasts.

2. Opting In

A number enters this program when you text us first, give us your number in a conversation, submit it through a form on this site, or become a client whose project we manage. We text business numbers about the business website work we do; if a message from us is unwelcome, one reply ends it (Section 3).

3. Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed immediately; you will receive at most one final confirmation message. You can also ask us to stop by email at [email protected] and we will remove your number.

4. Fees & Carriers

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
